Autonomously Semi-Productive (Adj.) - It is when you choose to be inconsistent with submissions for work, but you're also just barely within the parameters for deadlines.

For example: 

Rook: "I'm not lazy! I'm just autonomously semi-productive. I choose to say fuck you to the schedule because I want to showcase free will.  What do you mean I'm in denial about my bad procrastination habits? This is a choice."
