General Terms
1.I have a right to decline.
2. Payment after sketch.
3. Allow 1-2 weeks for the commission.
4. Sketch will be sent for approval before continuing.
5. No major revisions after sketch is approved
6. No refunds after sketch is approved.
7. Kofi & Gcash only
8. Provide screenshot of receipt
9. Not for commercial use
Rights
1. I have the right to refuse service if the client is rude, non-communicative, etc.
2. I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason without explanation.
3. I have the right to cancel any commission for any reason with fair explanation. (Client is entitled to a full refund)
4. I have the right to post the artwork for promotion, with proper labeling.
5. Assumption that the client has read and accepted my ToS is placed when a commission is requested.
6. The client DOES NOT have permission to use my art for commercial use unless paid for such use.
7. The client DOES NOT have permission to use/sell my art for NFT+AI purposes/use.
8. The client CANNOT claim my work as their own. Credit is necessary, but optional in Commercial use.
9. Using/selling my artwork for NFT/AI/Other program related is strictly prohibited.
