Art Commissions
1. The art is NOT for selling; shall not be sold in any type or form of merchandise, unless paid specifically for such use.
2. The art is strictly NOT subject for AI/NFT/other related purposes. Necessary actions shall be done to counter those who do it otherwise - Clients will immediately lose their rights and will be reported. This includes paid commercial artwork.
3. The art is NOT to be altered or edited by other artists for any purpose. Revision request should be addressed to me.
4. I will NOT accept NSFW (I am bad at drawing tiddies)
5. Revision: 1-2. Drafts will be sent before finalizing the artwork.
6. TAT (Turnaround Time): 2 days, or depending on the complexity.
7. Payments: Ko-fi. An invoice will be sent to the client/s.
Writing Commissions

1. Stories must always be credited.
2. I will NOT accept commissions that promote social injustice (race, gender, class)
3. Payments: Ko-/fi. An invoice will be sent to the client/s.
4. A lot of rules may be bent if the client is funny enough.
Commission Types

1. I have the right to refuse service if the client is rude, non-communicative, etc. A refund will be sent.
2. I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason without explanation.
3. I have the right to cancel any commission for any reason with fair explanation.
4. I have the right to post the artwork for promotion, with proper labeling.
5. Assumption that the client has read and accepted my ToS is placed when a commission is requested.
6. The client DOES NOT have permission to use my art for commercial use unless paid for such use.
7. The client DOES NOT have permission to use/sell my art for NFT+AI purposes/use.
8. The client CANNOT claim my work as their own. Credit is necessary, but optional in Commercial use.
9. Using/selling my artwork for NFT/AI/Other program related is strictly prohibited.
